we recently bought a flat in tanjavur and took possession of the flat 4 months back. is it cleary eveident that the quality fo material used is not to the standards. is there any regualtory body whre i can complain about the builder..filing a case may take years as i have seen it..so wanted a quick resolution by going through any regulatory body..
