Complainant trying to influence defence witness

Dear experts,

There is ongoing investigation on a complaint filed against me in a property case. The complainant contacted a witness on the disputed document and tried to coerce him into testifying against me. I need a suggestion on what I should do in this case. Should I file a complaint with the investigating officer saying that the complainant tried to unduly influence the witness. Also, I think that the IO is also on complainants side so I am thinking of refraining the witness from meeting the IO. I plan to tell the IO that my witness will only give is testament in court as he is being unduly influenced and harrased. Please let me know of your opinion asap.

Thanks a lot for your time.

Dear Querist

first of all take a bail from court or file a quashing petition before high court if you have any strong proof.
