Complaint against forgery documents

sir I faught civil case of properties for 19 years now I won previously there was stay and my step brother submitted total 40 forge papers in year 2003 and got stay by those document . now when a case in on board in 2117. he don't produce nay original documents. reason is original document and submitted photo copies of documents are different. so he can not submit original documents. civil case is dismissed for default . my question can I file FIR for forgery done in civil mater now . and for all 40 forge documents i want to file each FIR separately .
please guide me
