Complaint against judge

Other than file appeal in higher courts, Is there any option available in our legal system to file a complaint against a judge either by a petitioner or respondent if one of them think that the judge was biased and  made decisions in favour of the opposite party without considering the evidences and witnesses?

The Judge has power to decide and pass judgment as he thinks fit either right or woung. The only way the aggrieved person can avail is to appeal or go for Revision and point out the bias or the prejudices against the aggrived person depending on the nature of the Judgment, and there is no other forum.

Dear Alwin,

We need not to wait for completion of proceedings the moment one comes to know about the biased attitude of the judge there and then the party is within its right to seek transfer of case.  In so far the complaint against a judge is concerned the same could be forwarded to the Judge in Charge or Chief Justice of the High Court.  One should be very specific and thoroughly prepared otherwise the same could also be counter productive as well.

Best regards

Daksh
