complaint against school principal

i m a school teacher. i want to complain against my principal. Is it possible to file mental harassment case against my principal?

The proper course is first to refer to management as a grievance, and then a committee will decide on your grievance, If you are not interested in the job, you may resign from the job,, harassment level differs and it depends on individual facts and circumstances.  Contact a local advocate for further guidance.  Normally court may not interfere in these matters in between employer and employee when the rules are laid down and there are remedies and alternates.

Agreed with learned lawyer Prasad ji.. A system or hierarchy is to be followed.. If any case is to be filed, it is always advisable to get in touch with a local prudent lawyer so that you may be guided properly and be made known to the pros n cons..
