Complaint case versus state case

Hello friends,

I need judgments on the following points:-

1. That the private complaint case and state case are on same footing. Judge cannot give preference to the State Case.

2.  That co-accused granted anticipatory bail, it does not entitled the main accused to get anticipatory bail as a matter of right.

3.  Police inspector is accused in the complaint case, there are chances of tampering with evidence.

4.  Judge is only to look for the allegations in the complaint for rejecting anticipatory bail.

thanx
