sir, i had 4 children from my earlier wife.she deserted me in1997.later i came in contact with a girl and both started living together along with my 4 children.In school certificates ,at the place of mother's name I mentioned the name of that girl.In 2004 I got divorce from my wife. I married that girl in 2004.now a collegue has filed a complaint against me in govt. department by submitting educational certificates of my children that I had married that girl prior to divorce.Help me
