Sir my final year diploma course was started in mid July 2022 and classes were end on starting May 2023. My final year examination started from 20 may 23 but one month before I had joined indian railway i.e on 20 April 23. After joining Railway I had taken NOC for my final year exams and CL leaves were given to me. College also allowed me to complete this course. After passing in the exam and I got my certificates. Is this course is valid or not?
