Comprimise settlement

There is a dispute regarding tenancy right pertaining to our Agri.land and its pending before the court. Now we have decided to settle amicably though there is no proper tenancy agreement.I want to give him a share in my land duly mentioning in the sale deed to be enterred between me and buyer.can i mention in the sale deed like so much of amount as compensation or so much extant of land as compensation? A buyer has come forward to buy our land in dispute. This land is our ancester land and its a legitimate share duly received thro a compromise decree of ADM court of tamilnadu.
