Dear Sir,
I am a PF in one of the case with my tenant. Hon'able court has declared decree in my favour. Tenant has not paid the rent for amounting to Rs.18 Lakhs. Can I put condition in the Caveat to give the rent and then start the case in case the Tenant files the case against me in the High Court.
