Kindly let me know the difference between Conditional Sale Agreement and Redemption Mortgage agreement and also let me know that time period mention in the Redemption Morrgage ( 5 years ) Will it be applicable period of time ( 30 years or less period ) under the Limitation Act, for the redemption morrgage after the time is over ( 5 years ) If, so, kindly provide any Case Law for the same.
