Conditions for together living !

Dear experts if I will say in CAW that I am ready to live with my wife, but I have few conditions, like number 1.she will give in writting about the false complaint that she filled against me and my family members no 2. She will also give correct list of streedhan and articles bring by herself and given by us to her. Finally I will live with her in a seprate accomodation it may be at far area. Is the above conditions harm my case in women cell. Regards 498A = frauds
