Condonation of delay

The reason given by the claimant were: 1. documents partly retrieved from the government department partly pending. 2. Claimant counsel busy in personal affair. Can this application for condonation be canceled ? Please support with Judgements

It depends on such convincing submissions and it is always Court that has vested powers, and except filing a counter nothing can be done.
