Confirmation on post

Mr. A is appointed on direct recruitment basis on October 2015 with 2 years probation alongwith clearance of Departmental examination as a Mandatory . He completes 5 years of service as on date and he clears departmental examination in December 2019. Meanwhile he takes Technical resignation to another department where he needs the criteria of confirmation in previous department for pay protection. However the region where A works in the old department has not released confirmation order from last 8 months and subsequently the Delhi region of old department has released the confirmation order. His colleagues B in Delhi region joined in October 2015 and cleared departmental exam in December ,2019 Hence, Delhi region has released the confirmation list in May 2020. So how can Mr A establish that he was confirmed employee to his new department without release of confirmation order to secure pay protection Kindly note that there is no vigilance matter pending of Mr A since he himself acquired it for rendering technical resignation from his old department

Let Mr.A write to the concerned authorities for such confirmation of confirmation in service.   After hearing from their side, contact seniors, colleagues or personnel of the old organization for getting their guidance.  Finally, contact a local advocate and pray the court for getting such declaratory orders.

To my knowledge, pay would be protected in every case of technical resignation.
