For preparation of OBC Certificate, it is mentioned under Income Criteria :
INCOME TEST
Sons and daughters of
(a) Parents having gross annual income of Rs. 15,00,000/- or above (Rupees Fifteen Lakhs or above) for a period of three consecutive years.
Explantion:- Income from salaries and agriculture operations will not be clubbed with any other sources of income. Only the other sources of income other than salaries and agriculture income will be taken into consideration for arriving at the income limit of both parents taken together.
1. Kindly apprise me, whether salary of Govt Servant shall be calculated for this puropose of not.
2. Further, kindly intimate that
A person who is Adult and wants to prepare his OBC certificate then, what will be creteria for his income point of view, can he use his own income proof for this purpose or his father income shall continue to decide his income creteria?????
