consequences of lodging a forgery complaint in capcity of in

HI,

Anyone would advice me what are the consequences of lodging a forgery complaint in capcity of institution????Will it adversely effect by any way?????

Any person or legal entity can lodge a complaint for the offence of forgery committed by someone.  As per law the word person also includes any legal artificial person or entity.
