Construction in contravention with master plan

Sir,

 

I purchased a land in Raebareli district. the land was agricultural but  developed by a society and sold.

We bought the land 2400 sq ft, in the registry papers, the type of land is mentioned as "aawaaseeya(residential)".

However, as per the master plan 2021 of Raebareli Development Authority, the area is marked as "regional parks".  

about 40-50 homes are already built in the area and people are living there. Will it be ok to start with the constuction, what are the legal aspects.

If the construction plan is passed by development authority you can.w

The development authority is not approoving the plan.
