my father had 2nd floor with roof rights through grandfathers attorney in Delhi.We sold 2nd floor without roof 9 yrs ago and now other brothers have also sold their respective floors.We want to construct 3rd floor on our roof which is still with us.But other co ownwers are not willing to give NOC for the same saying it will not bear the load etc etc.Is there any way to still constuct it.According to my knowledge individual floor building plan is not being passed by Mcd unless we have NOC from other building co-owners.
