Consumer Applic help: under section 25 & 27 of cpa

HI ALL,

An Exparte was executed for my Consumer Case in Mumbai. I have represented myself & filed everything in the case.

I now have to file an application under Section 25 of CPA (recovery) & 27 of CPA (non bailable warrant) since, there is no response from the OP. I am having difficulty in finding a format/template.

Can someone please send me a link or guide on how to type it up. Perhaps, with a sample application filed for the same. They are strict with the margins & spacing now so, do not want to make any mistakes & have to re-do.

Sec 25 is enforcement of orders by the forum, State/National commission, in the same manner as if it were a decree or order made by a court in a suit pending therein; Sec-27 deals with penalties, but no where it is stated a non-bailable warrant can be issued. You have to file an execution petition for executing the decree/order of the forum. Therefore follow the format of EP.
