sir,

I purchase the mobile of FLY from the shop (HOTSPOT) from Hoshiarpur it got some defect in worrenty period. i went to shop then he ask me to go to FLY care center at jallandhar and submit your mobile at jallandhar. i want to know that the shopkeeper is liable to repair/replace the mobile or i hv only remidy to go to service centre at jallandhar..

as warranty is provided by the company, you have to approach companies service centre, i.e.jallandhar.

The shop keeper concerned has to arrange for repairs/replacement, as may be necessary, during warranty period, provided that  the shop is an authorised one of the manufacturer.

AT   THE   AUTHORISED   SERVICE   CENTRE     REPAIR   CAN    B     DONE   FREE      &     IF   POSSIBLE    THE   REPLACEMENT    OF    PARTS     ARE   DONE     FREE    OF   COST   DURING    THE    WARRANTY   PERIOD.
