Hi, Can someone help me with the process followed for consumer litigation at consumer courts? How different is it from each court?
If I have to start reading and understanding this process, is there a good resource / blog / document available?

The Consumer Protection Act, 1986 is available free to download from the internet. In most consumer fora the complaint can be made on plain paper in the form of a "verified" affidavit. But I understand that some States have introduced forms or formats to file complaints. A lot of information on consumer matters is available on the internet. You can get them through either yahoo.com or google.com
