Consumer suffering non fulfillment seller's promise

Dear Sir, I have bought Air conditioner in leading brand because of cash back offer. My awareness is I should buy it before offer close period and make the payment through credit card. Both the conditions said by brand manufacturer and I have full filled. But still not get the cash back offer money by me. The customer care never take any action in this regards.

Dear All, 

The purchased was made 12th June 2015, the cash back offer closed on15th June 2015.

The customer care has written a mail  that the normal cash back  period is 90 days.

But still not yet received, the number of days gone beyond 90 days(116 days).

Shall I write a letter to the company.

Sen written notice and give 7 days time.If not file complaint in consumer forum. Youc an yourself file complaint no need to hire lawyer for small amounts. Just make 5 copies. 4 copies to forum and one for yourself
