Contempt of court?

Hello, court passed a temporary injunction order in our favor and restricted defendants to not to interfere in our property.  But the defendants are still coming and using a part of our property, saying that they have appeal pending in court against that injunction order.  Can contempt of court proceeding be done against them not to interfere in our property as per injunction order until their appeal is heard or accepted.  (what is the use/benefit of that temporary injunction order in our favor if they are still interfering in our property ).  Can police play a role to help us here (they misguide the police that they have appeal pending in the court against temporary injunction order)??

Police may not act as this appears to be a case of civil contempt. In contempt of court cases whether civil or criminal, the case has to be decided by the High Court only. But a complaint can be made in the lower court, who after investigation may refer it to the High Court with their own observations.
