A woman aged 73 years and widow. She was given a complaint near the police through e-mail but the police didn't täke any action. Then she was given next complaint to SP, women cell CI and DGP more than tẅo months ägo, then the police call her to the police station and signed  a white paper without take any action her compläint. This is againest the Suprme court verdict, so she like to file a case agäinst the police about contempt of court in High Court of Kerala.So please give detäils about it.
