Continuously committing crimes

sir, a group of 05 persons  are continously committing crimes in our area since 1990. they recently attacked a house and due to pressures police booked under section ipc 452 and 506,143,148 324 etc. court given bail and they are now in bail. in this period  they again committed house breaking offence and ipc 324. police booked them under 452 and 324. is there any procedure to cancel the bail which was granted earlier by sessions court. police not arresting them due to some pressure from political party. They are openly supported by political party. pls answer this

yes you may lodge written complaint to commissioner of police 

if you are  complainent or witness in this case . you may direct to approuch your case concerned court for cancelling the bail
