IAM CHANNEL PARTNER AND DISTRIBUTOR OF "A" WHO SUPPLIES FOOD MATERIAL TO "B" (an organisation) A AND B HAVE AGREEMENT WHICH HAVE INDEMNITY CLAUSE THAT "A" will indemnify all the distributor of any legal action , cost , etc etc MY payment is not released by B whom shall i send notice A OR B OR BOTH A AND B

Since neither you have  privity of contract with "A" nor you you have any dispute with "A" so you can't send notice for demand to "A". Send notice to "B" who has retained your payment.
