lic of india hire employees on contractual basis for 3 year subject to extent 2 more years on fulltime basis for marketing activities, now the question is can anybody fight for permanency, after 5 years, moreever every year recruitment is going on for the same post and same work

Every Govt deptt/PSU frames rules for method of reruiment for each post what is the mode of induction etc prescribed for this poast
