Case Details:
1) OP has filed false Domestic Violence complaint in court with false statements and cooked up story in application based on which case was registered (before 2 years).
2) During OP evidence stage, Affidavit under standard format stating that all allegations in the application are true is filed.(last month)
3) During cross, she admits all truth (surprising) in front of judge - contradicting statements of her complaint and application. The cross is still going on...
Please provide your valuable advise - what will be ideal strategy moving forward for the above circumstances? Is perjury applicable ? Can the case be dismissed at this stage due to contradiction in statements?
