Hi,
We have filed a nullity petition for my daughter as the marriage was performed by providing false information about the guy. Its been almost 3 years and still the case is pending. Now we the guy has come for compromise and says he will only agree for mutual consent divorce. h Hence please suggest if we can convert the nullity petition into mutual divorce and also how much time does this process take.

file joint purshis in court to that effect, mentioning terms of settlement.
