An employee in a central autonomous body (which follows the Central Government leave rules) was sanctioned Casual Leave (CL) for 3 days. He has, after a week of availing the leave, submitted another application for converting the already sanctioned CL to Earned Leave. Kindly inform whether this is permissible or not
