Winning and acquittal in 498a.. meaning

Why you need this information.

If some makes a statement it could fall in the below categary:

1. Stateemnt is false or
2. Statement is true,
3. No comment on the Statement can be made out.

If one need to prove that satatement is false then it is required that in any angle the said statement is no possible to occur and also it requires that some other fact is tru and is making this statement is false. Lets say: Person drawn bank amount on some date with personal appearence in bank and did signatures etc. On this person if some make statement that on the same day, same time he attempted murder in anohter location which this man can not reach with in small time period ...then it is absolutely false.

Some statements which dones not have any evidence and circumstantial evidence then no one can say either the allegation is happened or not happened being it happened between two people.

I have been reading a lot about the 498a .

A lot of material on net says acquittal and the judgements are more on no proof of allegations and primia facta evidence.

hence i need to know what is exactly winning and acquittal.

acquittal means allegation put against you could not be proved before the court of law.
