Hi friends can any one provide me an ruling especially by the Hon'ble High court of madras with regard to issuance of Juges Notes papers( Docket entries made by presiding officer) in a peding suit, because when i had applied for the same the court refused to issue the notes paper of the judge since it falls under the head of Minutes maintained by judges. But on a careful perusal of the Civil rules of practice Rule 126, judges minutes not judicial alone cannot be granted. Please suggest a ruling in this line immediately.
