I feel that pay hike creates a resentment in public other than salaried class.
Is it not a reason for explosion of naxalaism ?
Is it not an invitation to the naxalism to urban areas ?

Dear tripathi ji,
Now,
"Khoob jamegaa rang jab mil baithenge teen yaar.. Aaap.. main.. aur Bagpiper....."
Now, you are bringing up the key issues due to which the common Indian citizen are badly suffering.
But, now our defaulter public servants cannot escape since now we have come together.
Will resume you here tomorrow. Good Night with wish to have nice dreams of our victory on this issue.

yes I do agree, economic disparity is the main reason. Salaried class are enjoying like anything with lifelong pension and too much job security is used to have demotivating effect.
Politicians and Public servants are only true son of the soil, availing all the resources of the nation, but are makimg hole in the plate on which they are eating.
It reminds me the song of Amitabh Bachan of film LAWARIS, which goes like this
"Apni to jaise Taise, Thodi Aise Ya Vaise, kat jayegi.....................
Aap Moohmangi Dua (Politicians and Public servants and rich) , ham Ansooni Fariyad hain ( rest of the people living under poverty)
