Sirs,
My mother given me a gift deed for her property in my name in 2007. I have one brother and one sister. After she given a gift deed , she told she was cancelled the deed with in short period. In that deed, she particulary mention, "I could not able to cancell this deed in any manner" . But i have not find any cancellation documents. Now my brother is telling, my mother transfered the same property to his name. Can we file a suit or can we challange? plz adive.

Yes U can challenge the validity of Deed of Cancallation in Civil Court.

Dear Sir,
Thank you for your reply. I am having some for the doubts below:
1. My brother transfered the Electricity, water tax and the property tax in his name. Is there any problem will come if they transfer in his name?
2. We took an EC for that property, in that the name was transfered in his name? Is that ok?
