Power to power

Hi,

Is there any possibilites can person hold the power of attorney from their family menber and that person can give power of attorney to other who is going to buy the property.

For eg. A family consist of four member mother , two sisters and brother and that brother hold the power of attorney as behalf of their family members and that person as given power of attorney to other and that person given sale to their family members.

Is that document is invaild or that person cannot issue that POA to others.

Please let me know if you any question or concern for the same.

Hi,

One can sell the flat on Power of Attorney, but cannot give power of attorney to others.

Now, There was an amendment, where its is been stated  as one can give a power of attorney only to his/her family members, for say, brother, sister, mother , father, daughter & son,

Thanx & Regards

Okay but the power holder already given the power to others( Buying and Selling completed ).

Power holder now out of station. Again need to prepare fresh document ( Direct sale from seller the power holder) or get NOC from their seller family by the person who bought the property.

And advice me How to prepare strong document.

Please advice.
