Can any body confirm " Wheather court will check minimum evidence before awarding interim maintanence (or) not"
My wife filled a case 498a,506,323,DP3,DP4 and crpc 125 on me on 26/11/2011 without single evidlance.
Till now court is not awarded any maintanence to her (already 9 hearing are gone) .
now my question is "Wheather court will check minimum evidence before awarding interim maintanence (or) not"
