Misuse of dowry act

my sister-in-law is always quarreling with my brother. we share common house but live separated i.e my sister-in-law and brother with their 2 children and me,my father and mother togather for 2 years inspite of that my sister-in-law always uses slang against us and threatens us that she will file a dowry case which will sent us jail. can we apply for anticipatory bail?? I am recording some of her quarrels in my mobile will it relieve us if she lodges a false case? plz help
