hello sir,
my great grand fathers property was equally divided by his sons after his death through mediaters (no legal documents) somany years ago. Can any one of his grand son has the right to ask for the repartition(redistribution )of whole property now ? Everyone have theire own property documents(pass books/patta issued by revenue department).
