Hi,
My father is farming a piece of land from last 50 years(from the time of grand father). Now he came to know that this land is on name of someone's grand father who is living in a bit far village from us. Now he is trying to for make this land on his name and threating us to leave this land.
Is there any law to own this land on my fathers name? as we are cultivating it from last more than 5 decades.
please help me.
