What action can be taken if power of attorney changed

Hi

Here is a situtation,

What if a man who previoously gave power of attorney of a propeerty to do anything with that property for example sell it, handle any case in any court related to this property, give it on lease and after 7-8 months the person who gave that power of attorney cancels that power of attorney  instead of knowing that the person who received that power of attorney is fighting a case(permanent injunction) of that property and have reccently received temporary stay on that property.

The person who received that power of attorney feels cheated as he has spend alot of money and time on fighting case and on getting some records from land revenue department and the person who gave him power of attorney has suddenly cancelled the power of attorney.

Can that person take any legal action against the person who suddenly cancelled the power of attorney?

Thank you.
