Sir/Madam
A Person X Dies. He is left with 1 widow, 2 sons, 3 married daughters. He has left over some property in which no will is made neither there is any nomination. Pls let me know if the property is to be divided should a partition suit be filed or an intestate suit of the deceased should be filed in the High Court.

All legal heirs will inherit the property jointly. If they are all agreeable, they can didive among them by a registered partition deed. If not file a suit in the civil court having jurisdiction. Not in High court .
