My father married my mom 40 years ago. That time no legal divorce was taken with the first wife. He is living with his second wife since last 40 yrs and has 2 son and one daughther from the second wife. First wife was not in touch since then. She did not marry anyone. After 40 yrs first wife wants money and claims her right in my fathers property. Is it possible? Any solution?

It is not at all possible for his first wife to claim it.
