I am planning to marry my czech girl friend in delhi, India, I consulted some lawyers and they are telling me that i have to arrange an "No objection certificate" from czech embassy. Embassy people are denying this saying that they dont issue any paper of this kind. I am in middle now.. i dont know wat to do. ??
Please suggest me, if there is any alternative to this, I have her date of birth certificate and a affidavit that she is single. Do i really need an NOC also??
