the society may refuse to give noc if the seller has any dues pending for settlement towards the society or if the seller is giving the flat such persons or company who will cause nuisance in the society.

But I have no due of govement as well as of society but society has not given NOC to the perchaser from most noble and humbele family of SC/ST under the pretext that they are alraedy owning one samll flat in the city and charged them with family of trouble maker.Under the circum stances what should I do ? How Co.Op Society Act can help me ?
