Fir vs cs

FIR statements and CS statements are same for wife in 498a.

Witness statements are not supporting wife statements. How can this useful in fight of 498a case?

This can be useful during trial. wait for their under oath statements, and then contradict them during cross-examination.

Can new witness join from wife side during trial?

Under rare circumstances and by showing why those witnesses could not be examined prior to filing of CS.
