i think SC is right.
we can not force anyone to pay respect to some particular individual....every one has right to freedom of speech and expression (Art 19)
and we can not stop criticism either....read Preamble and the aforesaid article.
and What Mayawati claims about herself or for Dalit leaders is really unfortunate.....statutes do not build leaders in fact.
she cant force herself upon people of India....may it be any case the Indians shall rise to vote for those who think of development and not just of religion based and caste based politics.
