Dear Sir,
We aware that the Land Ceiling Act is a Law in India. We are looking for permission for large corporate agriculture in thousands of acres land with the tie-up & help of foreign technology.
We have queries regarding:
1) How can we get permission for same from government revenue department?
2) Is there any other person having similar permission earlier in any state of India? Plz mention the same?
3) What will be procedure for the same?

The project which you want to do in India
1. prepare a detailed project report it estimates of amount you want to spend, land source were you want (for this you should appoint some agents who will search appropriate land)work force you empoylee '
2. source of revenue you gather from india and abroad and how
3. Say Agriculture in a x state then approach the Ministry of Agriculture department and submit your project or proposal and government will study your proposal and will respond to it
4. if you have already searched the land then give the specifications in that proposal
5. most important if is pollution free then easily you will be sanctioned

You are absolutely right at ur end. Sir, I am a Law student, and participating the project only about exemption from Land Ceiling in MADHYA PRADESH state.
So, will u plz guide me, how can we avail exemption from Land Ceiling Limit in our case.
