Hindu Succession Act. SEc. 8 & Schedule-Devolution of property-
Rules of succession-Will executed by mother having only 1/9th of right and interest in suit property in fvour of her son-testator could not bequeath more than her interest-beneficiary having interest in property of Hindu male dying intestate-Thus, in addition to his own right and interest to 1/9th share in suit property, beneficiary/son would get share of his mother as well whereas other children would get 1/9th share each in suit property.
