Self-acquired property partition for married daughters

Am from Pune, Maharashtra.

This is related to partition problem for my father's self-acquired property (land).

Family: Father (Deceased: 1989) -> 6 sons (1 unmarried - deceased in 2005 without any heir). 2 daughters married in 1956 and 1974. Mother - deceased in 2009.

My Father died intestate, and thus we have a problem partitioning the self-aqcuired land. Where the one of the two daughters is demanding her share but she is not stating her stand and we are not sure how much to settle for.

Could some please clarify; what she is entitled to. - equal share or something else???

The five sons and two daughters have an equal share in the property.  However, any of the children can relinquish his/her share in favour of others.
