my grand father was gifted a property and the same is inherited to my father. but no documents were prepared at that time. for gift etc..now my grand fatther and person who gifted are no more.
my father wants construct a house on the property, by taking bank loan but bankers are asking title deeds. how to create a title deeds for gifted property in the absense of gift deed

Now father will gift you the Said Property vide registered Gift Deed then bank think on so with taking Registered Mortgage Deed in favour of the bank , Imdemnity Baond And Affidavit.
